Question: How can we design a new stand? One that focuses on preparing and tasting the products. We also want the new design to have a more atmospheric and appealing look, and we want it to last for three years.

Problem: What atmosphere aligns with current interior design trends and our corporate identity? To create the atmosphere we want to convey to Horecava visitors?

Solution: The most important thing for us was to find the right atmosphere that aligns with the corporate identity and the trade show stand’s needs for the coming years. To achieve this, we created various designs that consistently highlighted the color scheme and materials used. This was achieved through visuals, collages, and mood boards.

The basic layout was always formed by the most ideal division between tasting area, preparation area, storage and seating.

Implementation: As stand designers, it was a given that everything was meticulously prepared in our own workshop. From the high tables with integrated waste and plant bins to the product preparation counter and the luxuriously upholstered lounge sofas, everything was custom-designed for this trade show stand. The power consumption was also a key consideration for this stand. Ultimately, all of this was neatly concealed so the client couldn’t see anything.

Cooking at a stand always requires a lot of power, which means large distribution boards and lots of cables. Definitely something to keep in mind! However, this happens automatically when you have your trade show stand built by a professional stand builder.
