It is wise to contact us at least 3 to 6 months in advance. The Energy Trade Fair takes place in October, so it is best to start before the summer. This allows sufficient time for a good design process and stress-free production.

Yes. We arrange the entire assembly and dismantling on site at the Brabanthallen. Coen and Linda are present during assembly and dismantling, so you can focus on your visitors.
Yes, we are happy to take this into account in the design. Many stands are built in such a way that they can be adapted or reused for other trade fairs or locations. Tell us which trade fairs you have planned, and we will respond to this in a smart way.
Yes. From our location in Udenhout, we offer storage facilities so that your stand is ready for the next edition or another trade fair.
A system stand is a modular, standard construction. A customised exhibition stand is designed and built entirely according to your specific wishes, brand and objectives. At Anggrek, we only build customised stands, no standard solutions.
Participating in a trade fair for the first time requires good preparation. Consider: your objectives (leads, brand awareness, product unveiling), your stand size and location, the experience of your stand and the logistics surrounding the trade fair. We are happy to help you with this, even if you are participating for the first time.
