Oté was looking for a striking stand. And an atmospheric stand, because we’ve already built four striking stands for Oté. Namely, the one and only Oté Cafe ! It’s always a joy to build their unique and recognizable image. A striking exhibition stand with a colorful branding and a welcoming atmosphere that appeals to almost everyone. We created these stands at Opti in Munich and the NCC in Veldhoven.
This time they came to us again with a new challenge: designing a pop-up patio for the Bold XXL Optical Fair.
The wish? A place that exudes the same warm and cozy Ote Café atmosphere, but in a more open setting. Outdoors, light and airy, with that relaxed festival feel, yet completely in line with Oté ‘s familiar style.
How does such a process work?
We always start with a brainstorming session to fully understand the client’s vision. What atmosphere do they want to create, what should the visitor experience, and where will the concept come to life? Based on this, we create the initial designs, translating Oté ‘s vision into a striking stand with the desired atmosphere. Naturally, we also consider all practical aspects such as sufficient workspace, cooling, seating, routing, and so on. Because ease of use is also crucial.
Then comes the refinement: choosing materials, reviewing the wall design, coordinating colors, and selecting decorations. Once the design is finalized, we implement the complete concept down to the last detail in the workshop and, of course, finally on the trade show floor in the Brabanthallen. This way, the client doesn’t just get a plan on paper, but a ready-made experience at the trade show.
