NVVE wasn’t looking for a traditional trade show stand, but a place where people naturally linger. The brief: create a warm, welcoming café experience that invites open conversation. Less formality, more atmosphere and tranquility. It had to feel like a familiar neighborhood café in the middle of the trade show floor, with an easy entrance for visitors and a place where genuine attention can be given.
We opted for a café concept where tactility and light make all the difference. Rounded shapes create a sense of calm and invite you to sit down. Warm wood tones, leather-like details, and soft fixtures create that recognizable café atmosphere. The bar forms the heart of the stand, surrounded by comfortable seating and a clear space for NVVE information materials.
The stand is designed with pedestrian traffic in mind. Open corners make entering a natural process. Clear sightlines ensure the bar and seating areas are immediately visible. From the aisles, you’ll always see an open chair and a welcoming staff member. The routing guides visitors past the information session to the discussion, avoiding crowds and queues.
The choice of materials is both functional and atmospheric. Wood for warmth, leather-look for familiarity, plants for vibrancy, and acoustic panels for a calming atmosphere during conversations. The styling aligns with NVVE’s image, with subtle brand accents that support the narrative without being overwhelming.
Anggrek managed the entire process: consulting, design, technical development, pre-build in the workshop, logistics, and installation on the trade show floor. A single team and short lines of communication ensured accurate details and achievable deadlines. This facilitated smooth transitions for the client and provided certainty in the lead-up to the trade show.
The stand turned out to be more than just a stand, but a café. Visitors took their seats, conversations flowed naturally, and there was plenty of room for personal attention. The atmosphere created a calming atmosphere on a busy trade show floor and helped NVVE discuss substantive topics in a pleasant way.
The target audience appreciates clear seating areas, pleasant lighting, easy communication, and a welcoming atmosphere. The café concept offers familiarity and lowers the barrier to conversation. Clear signage and comfortable seating encourage longer stays and deeper conversations.
