How do you create a studio design that always fits the story?
At Anggrek, we believe every space should tell a story. Meet Media was founded precisely to capture these unique stories in a studio that can be effortlessly customized with each client’s corporate identity, colors, and visuals. To create such a flexible, distinctive studio, Jeroen Wolfs (Compagnon Events) acted as the client on behalf of Meet Media and commissioned Anggrek to design and furnish the space. The challenge was to achieve maximum branding flexibility, while conveying warmth, professionalism, and ambiance in every shot.
Why did Meet Media need a studio setup?
Meet Media was looking for a creative agency that offered more than just a standard design. A studio where the decor could easily be customized, yet still maintain a professional and inviting look. That’s how they found Anggrek.
How did we build the design?
We started with an initial design based on the client’s wishes and ideas. Then, we fine-tuned the design together until the perfect look and layout emerged.
The base was deliberately kept neutral: white as the foundation, combined with warm oak, beige fabrics, and stylish accessories. By adding various textures and natural materials, we created atmosphere and a sense of belonging. The result: a studio that can easily be complemented with any client’s colors and branding.
What did we take into account in the layout?
A studio isn’t about the space itself, but about the camera shots. That’s why we designed the layout with an eye for imagery, walkways, workspace, and storage. Everything was coordinated step by step in close collaboration with Jeroen, ensuring the studio functions optimally, both practically and visually.
How did the project implementation go?
We started with a test setup to test the lighting and layout. Then we got to work in our workshop: TV walls, oak pillars, stylish counters, tables, and a large presentation table were custom-made. We also carefully selected chairs, armchairs, vases, and artificial greenery to complete the look.

What was the end result?
