At the last Europort we had the pleasure of working for Innovative Navigation designed and built this impressive 14 m² stand. The client was very enthusiastic after attending the trade show! You can read the trade show review here, and we are now busy designing the stand for this year’s SMM in Hamburg. Europort will be back in 2025.
Looking for a stand builder for SMM? We’re happy to help. And as you can see here, you don’t need a large booth to stand out. Standing out with a small booth is also possible! This booth from Innovative Navigation was on display at Europort in Rotterdam. A 14m² booth, incorporating all the client’s requirements. Until 2023, the booth design always consisted of standard stand construction from the trade show organizers, which they then furnished themselves with a few pieces of furniture and TV screens. As they themselves indicated, this was never very attractive and very time-consuming!
This brings us directly to the first advantage of a professional stand builder like us: it looks beautiful, well-maintained, and convincing! And you have more time for other things. Moreover, as stand builders, we have a wealth of insights and ideas thanks to our experience in construction and design. With this stand design, the client was worried that not everything would fit within the 14 m². We demonstrated that this was possible, thanks to the double-sided wall with demonstration options and the height of the awning. Upon completion, the client was pleasantly surprised and said: “It’s so spacious!” And that’s all for such a limited space.
Another advantage is that the work you have to invest in it yourself is much less. When Innovative Navigation arrived at the booth, it was almost completely finished. Normally, the booth is completely finished, but in this case, they had brought their own equipment that needed to be integrated. Naturally, we would help with the installation. Then it was just time to check and verify all the software. That’s not something we do now, but we will help by bringing a cup of coffee.
